Hi there,

I am a Registered Psychotherapist nestled in the foothills of The Remarkables, in Frankton, Queenstown.

I specialise in early life and developmental trauma. I am trained to listen for your deepest hopes and longings buried beneath the protective patterns and strategies you have developed over the course of your life. Together, we work to understand these patterns so that the ways you have learnt to survive no longer limit the way you live.

I hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University and am currently undertaking advanced training in Jungian analysis with the Australian and New Zealand Society of Jungian Analysts (ANZSJA). Over the past twenty years, I have worked in therapeutic and education roles, including 7 years as a school principal. These experiences continue to shape the way I understand people and the complexity of their lives.

I've long been interested in what shapes us as human beings. While we're taught how to navigate life's practical demands, we're rarely taught how to understand ourselves. I believe therapy offers an opportunity to bring unconscious patterns into awareness, creating greater freedom and meaning in our lives.

I work with adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, workplace challenges and body image concerns, as well as other difficulties that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves.
