"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are."

- Carl G. Jung

Life is intricately complex. There are times of joy, ecstasy and wonder. There are also times of darkness, sorrow, and despair.

My upbringing often left me unequipped to navigate the depths of life and I developed a hunger to learn how to live fully. I wanted more than just to “manage” life’s ebbs and flows, but to flourish. In my years of training, I’ve learned that while many of us are instructed on the practical side of life, we aren’t always in tune with the deeper parts of ourselves - particularly our emotions. Emotions can be tricky. They are often hidden deep within us, sometimes as deep as our unconscious.

Even if we can recite the planets and the periodic table, we may struggle to manage complex thoughts, feelings, and woundings from the past.

Sometimes, our greatest challenges are with ourselves.

In depth therapy, we consider the soul. We work not just on emotions, but also the deeper and unconscious parts of the self. This involves uncovering layers that you might not have known you had.

As a registered psychotherapist, I support other people on their journey to wholeness, healing, and creating meaning in their lives. I have a Masters of Counselling (Distinction) from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. I also hold a Graduate Diploma in Teaching, and a Bachelor of Arts (Education and History). I have worked with individuals for over 15 years in therapeutic, leadership, and mentoring roles. For seven years I was a school principal and I love working with individuals of all ages to help them thrive.

Your psychological health is just as important as your physical health. I can help you heal inner wounds, make sense of the past, grapple with powerful emotions, and live your fullest Self.

“If we fail to nourish our souls, they wither,
and without soul, life ceases to have meaning.”
